    How do I check the current status of my order?
    You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting your “My Account” page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.
    Once the order is shipped, you can see a button “Track” which will give you more detailed information about your order status.
    If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, please do wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, the courier partner may take upto 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check back after the mentioned time frame or contact us for the same via the contact us page.


    Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellation before shipment:
    If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on or call us on +91 9930841675/ +91 9769199380.
    In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

    Cancellation after shipment:
    We do not accept any cancellations after shipment has been processed. Do I get a refund of my Gift card/ discount vouchers if I cancel my order?
    Discount vouchers and gift cards are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. This item is non-refundable.
    Can I return my order?
    Yes, you can return your order if it is damaged/expired or a defected piece.
    How can I return my order?
    Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.
    • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( within 5 business days of receiving the order.
    • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference as we need to know if your product falls under the category of return or refund.
    • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
    How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
    In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
    o For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24- 48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
    o For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    How can I change my password? What if I have forgotten it?
    When signing in you can click on the forgotten password link below the sign up area.
    You will be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address.You will receive an email with a link to reset password.

    Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

    What do I do if my shipping address and billing address are different?
    All you have to do is fill in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’

    If I like a product but am not sure of purchasing it where can I save it?
    You can add it in your shopping bag/ wish list. However, the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real-time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag/ wish list.

    How does the delivery process work?
    o Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
    o After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
    o Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

    What is the estimated delivery time?
    We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

    o Certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.

    o While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

    My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
    Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from different brands.
    Rest assured, you will receive all your products.

    Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
    o We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
    o A flat shipping rate of Rs.60 is chargeable to all orders.

    Does SpoilYourBody ship outside India?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are
    working on starting international delivery as soon as possible!
